Yes - though I admit that I usually forget, DH is much better about leading prayers at meals. I am more of a morning and evening prayer

I try to pray throughout the day - just talk to God as my day goes. Therefore,no - I don't specifically pray before each meal.

We don't pray before meals now, but when I was younger we would, at school I would say a pray to myself before I ate lunch.
