New boards require new polls on the abortion issue. :D

The closest one was the first....

I do allow for abortions in the case of Clear and Present Physical Danger to the mother.

ProChoice, only in the first trimester though. Unless something major has developed from the fourth month on to endanger the mother.

Prochoice with a clause (is that how you spell that LOL) I don't like late term abortions, and I don't believe in abortions being used as a means of birth control.

I chose Pro-choice but not my choice. I personally am against birth control except in cases of rape or a life/death situation for the mother.

I am staunchly pro-choice during the first trimester. I would have chosen that it wouldn't be my choice, but I don't know that I could carry a child under any circumstances.

I also don't think that the government should stick it's nose into it. I think they have more important things to do other than try to legislate people's morality.

I am pro-life, but I recognize the fact that there is little chance of abortion being made illegal, and even if it was that would not stop people from seeking them.

I couldn't vote. I am against abortion except in cases where the fetus AND mother have no chance of survival otherwise. Other than that, pro-life throughout the pregnancy.

I am "Pro Choice", but it would never be MY choice.

This is how I voted to reflect my views at this point in my life (38 yrs old). This does not reflect my views when I was...say..17-18 years old. I would have voted differently then.

Pro-Choice but only in the first trimester.

I also doubt it would be my choice.

I voted "Pro choice but never my choice." I would like to add a 'hopefully' to that, though...to read "Pro choice but HOPEFULLY never my choice"

I'm glad the option is there for women who need it.

Yes. At any time during the pregnancy.

The reason I said this is because some women find out later in the pg that the child is not viable. Ie... No head or no heart or some other horriable diseases.

I dont agree with late term abortions because the woman did not get her but to the clinic in a timely manner. I dont agree with numerious visits due to NO BC being used. I dont agree with abortions done to perfectly healthy fetuses that would become children if given the chance due to a woman that "just dosent want it any more"

Make the decision early if you are going to do it and get it done if you so chose, but dont waste time dragging it out. :(
