Texas judge clears way for gay divorce

DALLAS — A Texas judge has cleared the way for two Dallas men to get a divorce, ruling that Texas' ban on same-sex marriage violates the constitutional guarantee to equal protection under the law.

District Judge Tena Callahan's ruled Thursday that the court "has jurisdiction to hear a suit for divorce filed by persons legally married in another jurisdiction."

On a completely different note, I've been quite enjoying baseball since we got ESPN.
I've yet to see the 7th Inning Stretch properly because that's when they choose to go to a commercial. They go back just in time to catch the entire crowd looking very happy, laughing and generally rubbing it about we've just missed. Fuckers.

Oh my, how you've changed. I would have never pegged you as one wanting to hear "God Bless America."

Honestly, that is not sung at every 7th inning stretch, except at obnoxious MFY (mother fucking Yankee) Stadium III where they sing the extended version EVERY game. . .and I swear it has more to do with screwing with the opposing pitcher than being proud to be American.
