Google is trying to shut down www.booble.com. Do you think they have a legal case?

Absolutely they have a case. They have designed their site to look exactly like Google's. Their name is similiar as well. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how many people are going to stumble across this site by accident and try to sue Google.

Not to mention, if Microsoft can go after a kid who named his site www.mikerowesoft.com, then Google can go after these idiots.

I don't know, it does look alot the same, but so do many many other sites out there. It also expressly says that they are not affiliated with Google.com or any other search engines, and they also say if you are looking for Google click here. I would think it would be pretty hard for someone who wants google to type in booble by mistake.
